Travel to Hurghada
Hurghada become (mainly since the early 1990) more popular with East European and Russian tourists. Being a modern town, Hurghada lacks any historicalal or noteworthy sites.
Hurghada is one of the main tourism attractions on the Red Sea in Egypt. Because of that, it can be reached from major airports in Europe and the Middle East.
Over the last ten years the citizens of Hurghada have seen an amazing development. From desert sand has risen a town with more than 200 hotels, booming shopping promenades and vibrant nightlife. With ever growing number of tourist and perfect climate, this Red Sea Riviera has no off season. Hurghada has a special community where local habits and culture is presented next to resort lifestyle and behavior.
But the biggest beauty of Hurghada starts where coast ends – blue Red Sea is the reason why your dreams will stay with us. If it takes place in or on the water you can do it here: windsurfing, sailing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, but above all, snorkeling and diving. The unique underwater gardens offshore are some of the finest in the world, justifiably famous amongst divers. The warm waters here are ideal for many varieties of rare fish and coral reefs, which may also be observed through glass bottom boats.
The huge advantage of the Red Sea is that visitors can enjoy the beauty of the marine world equipped with nothing more than a mask, snorkel and flippers. The spectacle is of course even more impressive when wearing a tank and weight belt.
Close to Hurghada you will find many of Egypt’s top tourist attractions and most impressive resorts. A particularly favourite is Sharm el Sheikh, which lies alongside the Gulf of Aqaba and is famous for its scuba diving and sandy beaches, while on the south-western side of Hurghada, the provincial capital of Qena contains a particularly impressive temple complex. Also within reach of Hurghada, the city of Luxor is without equal and full of awe-inspiring monuments, such as the Valley of the Kings.
Hurghada Information :

Time zone: 2 hours ahead of GMT / UTC
Country dialing code: +20
Telephone area code: 065
Religion: predominantly Muslim, remaining Coptic Christian

Arriving to Hurghada
From abroad
Hurghada International and Domestic Airport, 10 minutes ride from city center, is receiving many flights through out the year. Most common are charter flights to Hurghada, which you can check out from your travel agent. Increasingly, regular flights are operating.
Before planning your holiday, check out the entry regulations. In some cases visa must be applied for from local embassy. However, for most of the nations, touristic visa can be easily obtained upon arrival from airport – either it is included in your travel package or you shall buy one from airport bank (ca 15 USD). The visa is valid for 30 days and can be prolonged for extra charge in Visa office located in El Dahar. Be aware that after stay of 90 days no charter flight is allowed for departure!
Upon arrival all passengers are given entry forms which must be filled for the passport control. Same applies to departure. Make sure that the passport is valid for at least six months from date of entry.
From other cities of Egypt
For domestic flight, ferry and bus routes please check the transportation paragraph.
The city of Hurghada is divided into three areas- Sheraton Road, El Dahar and the Promenade.
1- Sheraton Road (El Sakala)
Sheraton road or El Sakala center is the main tourist street in town. It is the busiest street in town with numerous bazaars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many hotels on the sea side of Sakala. Across the street are situated apartments for locals and foreigners living here (especially Hadaba). Sakala square is located in the one end of the main street. Here you will find many fish restaurants and local eateries. From the beginning of Sakala in a walking distance you will find an El Arousa square – a bride or mermaid standing in the middle of the road. The street to the sea side will lead you to Hurghada Marina – the new city promenade by the marina with luxury yachts and apartments surrounded by old fisherman households. Opened in 2008, one will find in Marina many shops (incl. some high street brands), fabulous bars, fine dining restaurants, nightclubs or just nice walking area for warm summer nights.
2- The Promenade (Village Road)
The second famous touristic area is called Village road (El Memsha in Arabic). More than 5 km long promenade with wide and clean walking area, mainly 4 stars hotels, famous nightclubs, restaurants with international cuisine, some mall-type shopping centers and uncountable number of shops. For a first acquaintance with Hurghada, Village road is more peaceful and less harassment for tourist than one will experience in Sakala area, but therfore as well reflects much less local culture and lifestyle than any other parts of the town. Famous spots in Village road include Esplanada Mall, Kottas mall, Duty free shop, Little Buddha nightclub and Hard Rock café.
3- El Dahar
And then there is l eft El Dahar. Dahar is home for most of the locals living in the area, but as well for number of hotels, city council, aquarium, library, biggest mosques and food market. In Dahar one will find touristic and not so touristic areas, although until now, most of the areas are safe enough to sneak around and discover the other face of Hurghada. If interested in shopping, Dahar offers you streets full of bazaars and good bargains.

Pack Enough Medication When Traveling
Pack light… carry-on only… that’s our mantra, right? OK, but pack enough medication. What’s enough? What does that mean? You’re going on vacation, and while that usually puts you into a sort of carefree, fantasy type of existence for the one or two or three weeks that you’re traveling, being on holiday doesn’t suspend medical reality. You need your medications.

Explore and Enjoy Egypt – Egypt Holiday Packages
Inexpensive travel could be accomplished in two fundamental ways. First, get the best deals on the particular things you want. This approach is extremely limited though. For instance, if you find the lowest price on the best hotel in Honolulu at the height of the season, you will save money, but still have a really costly room. Attempting to get precisely what you want – or think you would like – is an expensive proposition, in travel and in life.

What to say about holiday travel guide in France? It’s a big challenge to write everything in a few pages. Here are many ways how taste it, and differences are quiet big depending where you are and what you searching for. You want to beaches sun and summer time parties? Then south of France is for you, Nica, San Trope and many other glamorous places can fully satisfy your needs of course of your have no problems with your wallets.
France has a special kind of tourism what can offer, it’s known as wine tourism. Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux are pure French brands for a decades ago. Be informed by the holiday travel guide that today being in France and being in Paris are quiet different thinks. Being in France without seeing Paris is almost to being in France with covered eyes.
Paris is something special and unique. Paris is a beautiful city with amazing, gorgeous and very interesting things to see and do. From now days or history. There are wonderful restaurants and food. Elegant restaurants and casual sidewalk cafes lie throughout the city. This beautiful city is also the fashion capital of the world. One of the most well known sights is the Eiffel Tower. From the top of this magnificent structure it is possible to see all across the lovely city.
On the Champs-Elysees you can see the Arc de Triumph which soldiers were buried beneath a war. The most popular museum in France, and perhaps the world, is the Louvre. The Louvre contains historical paintings, sculptures and other forms of art. Between Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower sited on the small island on river Seine is Notre Dame. Notre Dame is well known for its bell towers gorgeously described by the Victor Hugo.
Few miles along the river Seine “Chateau de Versailles” is place where the short rest is mandatory part of your holiday travel. The Château de Versailles was the symbol of the absolute monarchy espoused by Louis XIV and royal palace from 1682 to 1789. The place might not be words described, more over picturing is not enough to. To fill such human madden beauty you must be there. The palace is still standing and is as beautiful as ever! The palace’s gardens are very beautiful as well. And finally as it follows, if you have a perception power, then do not miss Mont Mart, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, and Place de la Concorde etc… The most exciting adventure what I ever took was to the city of lights, Paris, France. If you have such opportunity, do not miss it. Regardless of your holiday travel plans, France and Paris will fulfill them for sure.

Considered one of the most romantic cities of the world, Paris, also called the City of Lights, is the capital of France and is famed for its art, fashion, culture as well as food. Paris’ history began with the Celto-Romans settling a place called ‘Lutetia’, located in what is now the river island on the Seine where the Notre Dame cathedral stands, and the left bank opposite it – which at that time was inhabited by the ‘Parisii’ tribe.

No matter where you go or where your trip takes you there is and always will be a need for safety tips and rules. So to travel safely while on your city break you should use some if not all of the following tips:
Know Your Area
It doesn’t matter if you are in Rome or Greece you need to have a good idea of the town’s layout and important features. Some of the important places to know are where you are staying, where the local hospital is, where the police are located and at least one apothecary. Now this may seem hard, but if you have a map and mark them on it then find the center most location you have a start. Once you know what the center of town is find something unique or that will stand out, even a local business will work. Now that you know spot you chose and its local name you will be able to start back there time and time again, and by knowing which important item is in which direction you can get help when needed.
Keep Your Valuables Locked Up
Do not carry everything with you when you travel and what you do carry ensure it. Once you get to your destination many of the local banks and hotels have safety boxes you can rent and store your personal valuables in. You can also keep most of your belongings in your room as well, only place items that cannot be replaced in the safes.
Dress Accordingly
While you are out and about notice how others are dressed and try for the same casual look. Not only will you be able to blend in more and make targeting tourist harder but also you can experience the local country so much more.
Medical Needs
Keep all medicines with you at all times with extra locked away safely, have a list of instructions incase something does happen and make sure to have a list of phone numbers as well. By caring medicine in its prescribed bottle with you, if something happens the local doctor will already know some about you and how to treat you. Also having at the hotel helps to ensure you have a supply if you need it. When preparing for your trip you need to tell your doctor where you are going and for how long also that you want two bottles for your medicines one to carry and one to store.
Being safe and keeping safe while traveling in different countries is no different that when you are traveling to another state. By being prepared and paying attention to what is around you, you will find yourself having a better and healthier time abroad.

When talking to people about going to Tijuana for dental work, more and more the question arises, “Is it really safe to go to Mexico?” My answer is always YES! I feel quite at home in Tijuana, but like anywhere, you have to use common sense while traveling in Mexico.
I can understand the apprehension that some people have as they contemplate going into another country, where everything is strange and unknown. Then when you hear bad things on the news, it can make it even more frightening. While the decision of whether or not to cross South of the border into Tijuana is the responsibility of each individual, I would like to answer a few questions to try to put things into perspective, as well as give a few tips on how to travel more safely in Mexico, or any foreign country, or even into any Metropolitan down town area of the USA.
Click here to see a youtube testimony about safety in Tijuana
To answer the question, “Is it dangerous in Mexico?” Not if you use common sense! The folks at Sam Dental Tijuana were very helpful to me. Here is what I have learned from them, and after several trips, I can say that yes, I feel safe!
Don’t be fearful when you hear negative reports on the news. Keep in perspective that the news agencies look for any incident that will grab headlines. The problem is that news reports often give an exaggerated view and can distort reality. Not to dismiss out of hand the reports one hears, because we always need to be careful and vigilant, but the truth is there are a lot of incidents that happen everyday in certain parts of every large US city that never gets reported because they are so common. Everyday in San Diego and Los Angeles, or New York, or Miami, or Denver, or Dallas, or in Washington D.C., it is common for someone to get mugged or robbed, or found dumped in an alley, so common that it doesn’t grab the attention of the news hounds anymore. So what I am trying to say is that yes, you need to be careful while traveling in Mexico, or Tijuana, but also you need to be careful walking in downtown L.A., or San Diego. Don’t let rumors or news reports, that are attempting to grab headlines by focusing attention on bad things, exaggerate the dangers and frighten you. Just be cautious, and you’ll be alright. Remember, literally 100’s of thousands of people cross over into Tijuana from the USA every month without incident.
I have traveled into Mexico dozens and dozens of times. I have been very often to Tijuana, Juarez, Reynosa, and other border towns. I have also been in many Latin American countries, and have lived for several years in South America. I have NEVER had an incident where I felt in danger. However, I used to live in Denver working for the cable company, and have been threatened with bodily injury and have felt very intimidated on several occasions. I even had to call the police in order to complete my work in someone’s back yard because they had threatened to shoot me when I went to shut their cable off!! I feel safer in Mexico, than in certain areas of Denver. And what is Denver compared to L.A.? Or Washington D.C., or Miami?
Tips for Safe Travel.
1. Be discrete. Never flash a lot of money. Keep the majority of your cash hidden in a front pocket that you can zip or button down. Just keep a limited amount of cash in your wallet. Also keep your passport, drivers license, and credit card hidden in another front pocket. It would be good to keep those documents together with a rubber band or a money clip. Also, don’t bring all your credit cards with you, just bring one or two, that way if you loose it, you will know which one to report lost.
2. Walk over and take a Taxi rather than drive over. Unless you are planning to stay for several days, and would like to site see, it takes a lot of stress off to not to have to keep an eye on your car, or to have to maneuver in Mexico traffic. I always hate been stuck in the long line to cross back into the USA. It is liberating to just leave the car parked in the USA and let a taxi take you to your dental appointment. If you do drive over, NEVER leave valuables, like your camera or purse, in plain site in the car seat. If you do, you might be inviting a break in. That is not just true in Mexico! Also, if you drive in, make sure you keep your vehicle locked, and ALWAYS put a manual locking device, like the “Club”, on your steering wheel. At Sam Dental in Tijuana, they have off street parking that is secure, but it is still a good idea to use a locking device.
3. Keep your night life to a minimum If you are concerned about safety, remember that not only in Tijuana, but in L.A. as well, most crimes are committed late at night. Common sense is a must!
I enjoy traveling in Mexico, and I love the atmosphere and culture. Aside from the tremendous savings I have experienced getting dental and medical procedures done, I have love it in Mexico, and I plan on retiring there in a few years. I feel that it is safe to go to Tijuana. But, the truth is, just like in any large metropolis in the USA, it pays to be cautious and vigilant. You will have a good experience, just like the 10’s of thousands of people who cross the border every day without incident. Don’t be fearful, just keep your eyes open, and you’ll be fine.

When it comes to travel one must be careful which company takes care of their arrangements as they pertain to lodging and itinerary. This is especially true in a country that is not well-known but a beautiful place to visit. Oman vacations, Oman travel and Oman holidays are places to turn when you want perfection in a vacation or business trip.
Oman travel can best bring you the beauty and uniqueness of Oman that you would never discover and enjoy with another source. Oman travel is experienced in bringing out the true flavor of this country situated on the Arabian Peninsula. It makes little sense in risking a vacation with others who claim to have experience in showing Oman, but know little more than the visitor.
Oman can provide you with the unique experience of spending an evening in the desert with a camel by your side. Not many other vacations can present you with this lasting memory. Bargaining in the markets of Muscat, the capital of Oman, is not like any bargaining experienced before. The vendors enjoy the bargaining process and will make the experience enjoyable. Besides, you will find items in the market not found in any other place.
Let us preview an Oman trip for you. Our people can show you what an itinerary consists of. It is almost certain you will be impressed with their knowledge and experience in the travel industry. Give us a chance to make your travel plans ones that will be talked about for years to come.

It is an amazing experience to travel overseas to see many beautiful and unique sights of another country and absorb its culture, but one thing you don’t want any part of are the diseases such as yellow fever and malaria that many countries are plagued with. Travel vaccinations will take care of this problem, but you must be sure to get the right travel vaccinations for the country you are visiting.
Information about vaccinations for travel can be found on many websites or your travel doctor will be able to advise you on what vaccinations for travel you will need. Malaria prevention can only be successful with the correct vaccinations done at the right time to gain maximum protection during your trip. Since malaria stays in the body and you can get it over and over once you contract the disease, you really don’t want to take the risk of getting it the first time.
Many countries do not have the same protection such as flyscreens in their accommodation that are enjoyed in Australia. Therefore it is most likely that you will get bitten by mosquitoes carrying the malaria disease, even if you take other precautions such as wearing long-sleeved shirts and spraying with insect repellent. The malaria mosquitoes are rather more aggressive than other kinds of mozzies, so will often bite through clothing and repellent.
Yellow Fever vaccination will give you peace of mind that you will not contract that debilitating disease and have your holiday spoiled by illness. The trouble is with such diseases that you can often bring it back with you and infect others, not to mention suffering from it yourself.
Good health care may not be available in the very countries where you are most likely to get the disease, so you do not want to take the risk. Some vaccinations need to be done several weeks before you leave for them to have the greatest effect, so don’t leave it too late.

Saint Augustine said, “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page”. Travel has not only become a recreational activity but also a means of expanding one’s dimensions in the world. Meeting new people, exploring unsullied places, trying different cuisines, and understanding novel cultures is not only an experience, but also fun. Oman is one such destination that is fast becoming a favorite on the travel map.
Housing “Arabia’s Jewel”, the capital city of Muscat, Oman is a blend of the long forgotten and the yet-to-be-discovered character that every travel must embody. Muscat is an awesome mixture of old and new. It boasts of all modern amenities and yet preserves an ancient charm.
The additional attractions in Oman are Sur, a coastal town that has retained the more traditional lifestyle. Nizwa is a city famous for its handicrafts, and Oman’s ancient monument, the Nizwa Fort. Salalah, known for its beaches, which are ideal for scuba diving, diving, jet skiing, sailing, and canoeing. Musandam peninsula is known for its striking mountains with unusual textures and patterns.
One can book a dhow and visit Khawr Ash Shamm from Musandam, to see marine life in placid waters for a breathtaking experience. Masirah Island is a stark rocky landscape rimmed with secluded beaches and loggerhead turtles that come to nest there. This island also has a variety of shellfish and other marine life.
Apart from these exclusive places to see one may enjoy other activities such as photography, filming, rock climbing, scuba diving, ice skating, trekking, camel racing, game fishing, sailing, and horseback riding. From mountains to desert to seascapes, Oman is thriving in multiplicity and thus offers something special for every traveler.
Oman is predominantly an Islamic country, but because of its liberal outlook it not only has highly structured mosques, but also beautiful churches and strikingly detailed temples. Arabic is the official language, though English, Hindi, Urdu, and Swahili are widely spoken, so a tourist can easily manage without knowing how to speak Arabic. However, knowing the local language definitely has its advantages,
As a country, Oman is rich in history, culture, and picturesque locations. From great prophets to adventurers like Sinbad the sailor have called Oman home. This grand country proffers miles of untouched sandy beaches, fresh water oases, unexplored caves, grand forts, sparkling springs, date palms, stunning palaces, mystical souks, twilight cruises and more. A photographer’s delight, <a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link']);” href=”http://www.zaharatours.com/”>travel to Oman has varied landscapes and ancient architecture that please the eyes and warm the soul.

How to Get Paid for Your Travel Videos

Have you ever wondered how to get paid for traveling? What if I could tell you that by documenting your travels on film, you could get paid for it? It’s not as hard as you may imagine… so let’s get started.
Most people would imagine selling their videos to The Travel Channel or to The Discovery Channel, that is not the method you’re going to take. Those are sometimes well-paid jobs, but they don’t meet our criteria of getting paid quickly and allowing us to travel wherever we desire.
So how do you use travel videos to get paid? The answer is simple: By using your videos to drive traffic to third party websites who give you money for doing so.
Here is how it’s done:
Unless you’ve lived in a cave, you have probably heard of YouTube (actually, even people in caves have heard of it). It is not uncommon for basic, elementary videos to get 10’s and 100’s of thousands of views. Even videos with millions of views are becoming more common by the day. So how do you drive traffic to a third party site with these videos?
When you post a video to YouTube, you are allowed to make a description of your video. To drive traffic, put a hyperlink in the description to your affiliate link of your third party site. Simply format the address you want to send people to with ‘http://YourAffiliateLink.com’ and it will become a live link within YouTube’s description.
So where do you send people to? There are thousands of affiliate programs out there, but the easiest way to get started is to search Clickbank for products that are related to your video. For example, if you recently went to an Italian Vineyard, you could direct people to a product that teaches “wine tasting” or “how to create your own wine.”
You will make a commission on each sale that is made. So, if 10,000 people watch your video over the next year, and 10% of them click your link, you send 1,000 visitors to the site. If 10% of those visitors buy, you make 100 sales. Oftentimes that’s at – dollars per sale, so based on this model, you can make 00 to 00 dollars for that video!
You are probably getting excited now. That’s for only ONE video! If you have 10 videos out there, you’re now making ,000 to ,000 dollars per year just for having some silly videos on the web.
To be entirely realistic, it can be difficult to get that many views for that many videos… but it’s NOT impossible. Many people are doing it, so there’s no reason you can’t do it as well. You just need to know what you’re doing!
Here are some last minute keys: First, make videos people are going to share with their friends. They should be instructional, funny, or amazing. Second, consider putting your link ON the video itself. That way, people type the address into their browser if they like your video, and if people embed your video, you’ll still drive traffic. Third, find GOOD affiliate programs that ‘convert’ well… meaning they sell a lot of their stuff.
Using this model, and with a little more training, you’ll be off to the races, traveling the world while you make money for filming your adventures!

Traveling in business class flights is no more a luxury enjoyed by the business travelers. The convenience and comfort in cheap business class airlines have made more and more people opting for it. Generally the services in executive class flights would differ in each airline. The large carriers offer more luxurious services to the passengers compared to the small carriers. This is because in large carriers, the executive class would be competing with the first class for providing more luxury and comfort. People are willing to pay for such luxury thereby accomplishing the target of the carriers.
Sometimes if the flight is not fully booked, the airlines would allow passengers to upgrade the position from economy to business class seats. Generally in executive class, basic amenities like tooth paste, mouth wash, travel kit etc would be given to the passengers. It would be better if you could manage to get a seat in front of the plane. This would help you to be the last one on and first one to come out. It is better to take advantage of pre-boarding too.
It is a known fact that if the basics or the fundamentals of flying are not clear then it could gravely affect the performance of a pilot in the later stages of pilot training. As a commercial airline pilot the individual has the added responsibility of other passengers who are on board and thus it is vital to possess quality education on aviation. Usually the start-up CPL course lasts a few months and in this period a lot of emphasis is laid on theory and flight instructors take added measures in detailing all the elements of aviation. For students aspiring to be pilot the start-up CPL course is a significant step and introduces them to the incredible world of aviation.
If proper research is done then you will find a number of ways to avail cheap air tickets. Travel industry is facing a tough competition and you can take advantage of this. Many travel sites offer cheap air ticket and discount deals. Sometimes you may even get the last minute offers to avail cheap air tickets. You have to be very sharp to find out the fluctuating prices. You have to find out when and who provide these cheap tickets.
Most airport lounges are owned by the different airlines. They will offer you a variety of business services such as phone, fax, and Internet access among others. They will also offer you certain refreshments and a much quieter atmosphere than that noisy and crowded airport terminal.
Passengers who want to avoid the airport chaos can benefit from these airport lounges for a few pounds. Airport lounges offer a haven from noisy children and provide you with privacy so that you can complete your official work or simply read a book with a snack and a drink!
